Program package WinScope Add
Application: analysis and processing of the oscillographic signals received using ASK-2 electronic multi-channel signal recorder.
This program package enlarges potentialities presented by ASK-2 hardware and software for received data processing.
Additional capabilities:
- Advanced facilities of signal scaling;
- Multilevel magnification of chosen field;
- Shift of the review window in the direction of the cursor displacement when shift mode is switched on.
- Automatic ("insert into the window") or manual definition of the position and dimensions of the review window.
- Differencing of the chosen channels in a separate graphic window.
- Application of the filters (four different types applicable for both initial and differentiated signals).
Types of the filters:
- Low Frequency Filter "Averaging",
- Low Frequency Filter with vertical slope "Step",
- Low Frequency Filter of the first order "RC",
- Special filter with amplitude-frequency characteristic defined by the operator.
- Spectrum analysis of the chosen field.
- Export of the signals into text file.
Automated rig for spool-and-sleeve flow control C-1037
Application:
The rig is used for spool-and-sleeve flow control of the whole range of the servovalves manufactured by JSC "PMZ Voskhod".
The equipment structure:
The rig automated control system includes: block of actuating elements C1037-1000, industrial PC with powerful multifunctional HC cardboard PCL-1800, software module Spool, controller of spool-and-sleeve precision-built stepper, feedback transducer of displacement loop LIR LIR-14, electrical unit C1037-2000.
The rig hydraulics provides hydraulic power supply of the spool-and-sleeve under test.
Software:
The software was designed for OS MS Windows95/98.
Development environment MS Visual C++ 6.0, class library MFC 4.2 and library for graphic display in real-time were used for software creation.
Microwebermeter
Application:
Determination of the tested product magnetization level. The measuring result is given in the virtual numeric display.
Technical characteristics:
Input voltage range ±0.625 V;
Duration between two measurements - 1 sec.;
Sampling rate - 10000 Hz.
Additional capabilities:
- Null bias tweaking;
- Adjustment of measurement result conversion factor;
- Instrument settings saving;
- Operator's setting of susceptibility level to fix measurements.
- Operating mode: continuous, single.
The software is created to work in Windows 9x with RAM 32 Mb.
The integration is possible on the basis of office-grade or industrial PC, portable computer.
The package includes powerful multifunctional HS interface card PCL-1800.
Flow rate meter
Application:
Operating fluid flow determination by signal from volume counter of the company KRACHT. The measuring result is given in the virtual numeric display.
Technical characteristics:
Flow measurement range - 0.001l (VC 0.025)...250l (VC 5);
Sampling rate - 10000 Hz.
Additional capabilities:
- volume counter type option: VC 0.025, VC 0.04, VC 0.2, VC 0.4, VC 1, VC 3, VC 5;
- application of frequency measurement mode;
- adjustment of measurement result conversion factor;
- instrument settings saving.

Software for 15D16 type transducer testing
Application: automation of position transducer testing.
This software provides testing according the transducer specifications:
- performance check;
- analysis of driving and recipient signals;
- running of product amplitude-phase-frequency characteristic;
- computation of product parameters according to specifications.
Package of program-technical means permits:
- to edit data base of transducers (change of quantity of points, quantity of transducer windings) to enlarge the range of tested products;
- to slave to frequency of voltage source;
- to filter signals;
- to represent measurable process by diagram;
- to work in semi-automatic mode (with outlook of work in automatic mode - with program control of motor turning).
The result of the program work is testing log including date, time, dependence diagram, as well as received and design values given in tables.
