Door mechanism MD-05

The door mechanism is used as an actuating mechanism to open and to close doors of buses produced by Joint Stock Company "Pavlovo bus".

The mechanism includes a board where the following items are mounted:

  • electro-pneumatic valve to control travel direction (opening, closing)
  • reverse valve intended to open doors automatically when a passenger is jammed in the doorway during the wing closing.
  • pneumatic cylinder as a power mechanism with an unit of microswitches to switch on the light when the door in the position "closed".

Door mechanism MD-06, MD-07, MD-08

The mechanisms include boards where the following elements are mounted sequentially:
  • electro-pneumatic valve(s) to control travel direction (opening, closing)
  • reverse valve(s) to open doors automatically when a passenger is jammed in the doorway during the wing closing
  • pneumatic cylinder (or cylinders, it depends on the number of wings) as a power mechanism with a unit of microswitches to switch on the light when the door in the position "closed"
  • a shutoff valve is installed on the cylinder, it does not allow the wings in the position "closed" to be opened casually while the bus pneumatic system pressure is lost.

The pneumatic remote actuator is used as an actuating mechanism of two-way action for manipulators, automated lines etc., for example for opening and closing of bus doors.
